March 22, 2019, NAFIS News, you will find a link to customizable NAFIS communication tools to help you communicate the importance of your trip to Washington. I strongly encourage all to use the tools to share the need for Impact Aid.
Looking for an example of how these tools can be used? Check out the Salamanca City Central School District Powwow Blog.
If you attended the conference, please take a few minutes to complete the Conference Evaluation and the Hill Feedback Form, if you haven't already. Your input is important to help NAFIS staff improve future conference programming and prioritize congressional follow-up. Please complete the surveys by April 5. ASIAA members please forward a copy of the Hill Feedback From to lwallen@azsiaa.org.

Indigenous Teacher Education Project - University of Arizona
The Indigenous Teacher Education Project (ITEP) was founded in 2016, through a grant from the US Department of Education. Our mission is to increase the number of Indigenous teachers serving Indigenous students, schools, and communities. Applications are due April 19, 2019. Click here to learn more.
